Due Diligence
The complete buyer asset list.
Everything transferred in the sale, grouped the way a buyer's technical reviewer would want to see it. If an item isn't listed here, assume it isn't included and ask before bidding.
Source code repository
A clean, documented codebase transferred to the buyer's own account.
- Full application source for the AI Lead Finder employee and its dashboard
- Typed configuration files for targeting, exclusions, scoring and schedule
- Prompt and workflow instruction files, written in plain language and editable by the buyer
- Repository history cleaned of any seller-specific credentials or data
Private operations dashboard
The management interface shown in the preview, deployed for one buyer.
- Lead records with evidence, scoring, sources and next actions
- Research run history — each run stored separately, never overwritten
- Outreach draft queue with approval workflow (no automatic sending)
- Status workflow: New, Approved, Rejected, Needs More Research, Contact Later
Independent deployment
Set up under the buyer's own accounts during handover.
- Database and application deployment configured in the buyer's own hosting accounts
- Scheduled runs configured to the agreed cadence
- AI API access configured against the buyer's own provider account and keys
- No dependency on the seller's infrastructure after handover
Environment & security guide
So the buyer can operate safely from day one.
- Environment variable reference and secrets-handling guidance
- Access control recommendations for the dashboard
- Backup and export guidance (optional local CSV / report / outreach backups)
- Key rotation and provider-billing monitoring notes
Operating documents
Practical manuals, not marketing.
- How to review a research run and judge lead quality
- How to adjust targeting, exclusions and scoring rules
- How to manage the approval queue and record outcomes
- Troubleshooting guide for common operational issues
Recorded walkthrough & support
Handover you can rewatch, plus a defined support window.
- Recorded video walkthrough of the full system, kept by the buyer
- 30 days of defined post-sale support for handover and setup questions
- Configuration session to set up the buyer's targeting, tone and approval policy
- Optional ongoing support available under a separate agreement — never required
Read Before Bidding
Deliberately excluded from the default sale.
Clear boundaries protect both sides. Each exclusion below is intentional, and most can be discussed as separately scoped work if you need it.
Automatic outreach sending
By design. The included version drafts messages only; a human must approve before any contact, and sending happens from the buyer's own channels.
Unlimited custom integrations
The sale includes the workflows listed above. Additional integrations (CRMs, other data sources) can be scoped and quoted separately.
Guaranteed lead quantities, sales or revenue
The asset is pre-revenue. Output depends on the buyer's market, configuration and follow-up. No performance guarantees are made or implied.
Access to the seller's private GrowthAgent environment
The buyer's deployment is fully independent. No seller credentials, data, prompts or infrastructure are shared or transferred.
Indefinite management by the seller
Included support is limited to the defined 30 days period. Beyond that, the buyer self-manages or agrees optional support separately.
Questions during due diligence?
Ask through the listing before you bid. Serious buyers can request the documentation index and a live walkthrough of the system running on demonstration data.
