Nature of the sale

• The LeadPilot AI Employee is sold as a one-off digital asset: one configured AI Lead Finder employee, its source code, an independent deployment and the documentation described on the asset list page. It is not a subscription service.
• The transaction itself is conducted through the marketplace listing, under that marketplace's own terms, and completed by a written transfer agreement between buyer and seller.

Pre-revenue asset; no performance guarantees

• The asset is pre-revenue software.
• The seller makes no guarantee of leads, sales, revenue, savings or return on investment. All figures produced by the on-site calculator are illustrative and based on numbers you enter.
• All dashboard content shown on this site is fictional demonstration data.

What transfers and what doesn't

• Included: the items listed on the asset list page, delivered during handover, plus 30 days of defined post-sale support.
• Excluded: automatic outreach sending, unlimited integrations, guaranteed outcomes, indefinite management, and any access to the seller's private GrowthAgent environment, data or credentials.
• Ongoing running costs (hosting, AI API usage) are the buyer's responsibility under the buyer's own provider accounts.

Responsible use

The included system drafts outreach but never sends it automatically; a human must approve every message. The buyer is responsible for using the system lawfully in their jurisdiction, including compliance with anti-spam, marketing and data protection rules applicable to their outreach.
